We offer a 14-day trial with up to 200 AI call minutes by manual request only. To request a trial, contact us at support@AIEnableSolutions.com or +44 7351 513454. Trials are not activated automatically through subscription links.
2. Billing
Monthly subscriptions are billed automatically through our payment provider. Your card is charged when the paid subscription begins and on the same date each month. The price and currency are shown before purchase, and receipts or invoices are sent electronically.
3. Cancellations
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and access continues until then. We do not provide refunds for partially used months.
4. Upgrades and downgrades
Upgrades during a billing period are prorated and access to the upgraded plan begins immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. Any account credit shown during the change is handled by the payment provider.
